I'm Jesse Engelbrecht, Mental Skills Coach for Team USA Squash.

I spent over a decade as a professional athlete. I trained as hard as anyone, but the mental game kept letting me down. Nobody had taught me how to train my mind the way I trained my body.

So I earned a Master's in Sport Psychology and built the tools I wish I'd had. Today I use them with athletes from juniors to world-ranked pros, including Amanda Sobhy (World No. 3) and Victor Crouin (World No. 5).
